Monica built her foundation as an advertising agency producer, partnering with major brands and leading end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, video, and experiential media. Known for blending creative vision with operational precision, she excels at managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and client relationships—turning bold ideas into flawlessly executed results.

Alongside her agency work, Monica is the founder of MoJoGlow Makeup Artistry, her award-winning brand delivering elevated bridal, editorial, and natural glam experiences.

Music represents another transformative chapter of her journey. During the pandemic, Monica returned to the piano after a 25-year hiatus, teaching herself to play and using music as a tool for healing, connection, and advocacy. Today, MoJoGlow encompasses both her makeup artistry and piano performance, united by the same mission: to uplift, empower, and bring the “MoJo”—that spark that reminds people of their own light.
